8.8/10 Excellent! (355 reviews)
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was located in an industrial area. The rooms were small, our refrigerator was not working & smelled musty. The holder for the shower head was broken so the shower head was leaning & not operating properly. The night staff & lobby drinks & food were wonderful. The breakfast was a nightmare. Neither of the coffee machines or the tea kettle were working. There were no bowls for the cereal & it was very crowded with people pushing their way around the food.

"The idea that this would be a 4 star hotel is... amusing. The room was barely furnished. There were no lights except for the spotlights in the ceiling (good luck reading in bed). The wifi was bad. The window was covered with frosted glass, no view and not much light either. The bathroom was nice ..."
